Dr. Parrish is Chief of Training Activities for the Education and Training Office at the World Meteorological Organization. He has been in the training profession for 35 years, including 19 years with The COMET Program of the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado. Dr. Parrish has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, receiving over 1000 citations, on instructional design and technology, cultural dimensions of learning, and the aesthetics of learning and teaching.
