This week on No Magic, we feature a Grandaddy's The Sophtware Slump, as apparently shelter in place week 3 has become rather more subliminal than I might first have realised. However, it's one of my all time favourite albums, is celebrating 20 years this year, and it does community the trials and emotional strain of isolation and separation in a melancholy, beautiful way, entangled with Jason Lytle's hopeful and inspiring melodies. Lots of other new music this week, too!
