“If our food choices are, for the most part if we’re getting nutrient dense foods in the majority of our intake, then the gut microbiome should be where it’s supposed to be. I mean I think a lot of times people will have a poor dietary intake, and then they’ll take a probiotic and they think they’re good. Obviously probiotics can certainly help and I’m all for them, but if your base and what you’re eating is terrible, a probiotic probably isn’t gonna do much for you.” 18:20
