We talk with our good friend and 2015 Appalachian Trail Thru-Hiker, Frozen Mac N Cheese.Part of this interview was recorded back in April when Frozen Mac had just reached the Nantahala Outdoor Center, just two weeks into her hike.

The other part was recorded a few weeks after she finished her hike.
