Many times I am afraid to feel my emotions or to even come to God with my emotions because I either don't want to feel them or I am afraid it won't be "Godly" what I'm feeling. So the other day I had a really hard day and the Lord reminded me that it is okay to feel things and that He is not afraid of my emotions. He wants me to feel them! With this episode, I want to encourage yall and share with you my journey with my emotions!!
