You’ve heard about it, you might have tried it or you’ve adapted this way of eating but what exactly is intermittent fasting & what are positives and the pitfalls of fasting? Before beginning we want to say that in this episode because we discuss fasting it may not be suitable for anyone with an eating disorder and those with an existing health condition or taking medications should consult their doctor before going prolonged periods without eating.
