Mike Mucciolo is a Humans Biomechanics Specialist and owner and manager of Functional Patterns Santa Monica. After working as a trainer, he noticed that most methods of traditional training led to plateau and injuries. Quickly realizing that Functional Patterns was the future of training, he switched over all of his programming to functional training oriented around the gait cycle and hasn’t looked back since.
