After 2 months I am finally back. I'm not sure how else to explain my life so far this year but trust me when I tell you that I've learned a lot about myself, my family and this life that I'm living. Two days after Christmas I lost my father to a hemorrhagic stroke. It was sudden and unexpected. My sisters and I were left to deal with a lot of uncertainty and unprepared trauma. In this episode I share with you that time in my life and the Beautiful complicated man that was my father. I hope you enjoy.
