Important updates include:

  • Heating Season is over as of May 31, 2023
  • A reminder on #4 becoming outlawed in July 2027 (no further triennial approvals for #4 after June 2024)
  • HPD Registration window opens June 1 and closed August 30th.
  • Bed Bug Filings are done in December (once the HPD form is valid) but can't be done if the property's HPD Registration is not valid.
  • Biennial Statements are due for those due in June of odd years.
