Ashley McLemore is a coach, DEI+ advisor, and speaker based in Atlanta, Georgia. 

She founded the company BEGIN. and they’re on a mission to combat toxic company culture so that those historically excluded are liberated in life and work. Ashley has studied race and gender for over 10 years and holds a Master’s degree in Health Education. 

After experiencing burnout more than once, she dedicated herself to beginning a self-healing journey. She began by adding The Four Agreements book and gemstones healing to her practice of journaling and dance. This elevated her work-life harmony and overall her self-worth. Ashley has created a private coaching program to share these practices with professionals impacted by the damaging effects of bias and career burnout so that they can enjoy the life that they’ve worked so hard for.
