Sensuality is too often misunderstood and confused with sexuality. Sensuality isn't wearing lingerie, red lipstick & talking super slow. But to actually be HERE with all your senses. To be so present when you eat a fruit, do your laundry or any other activity. Sensuality means the enjoyment, expression or pursuit of PLEASURE. It always starts with the intimacy and sensuality we have with ourselves.
