We think it's necessary to talk about some Supreme Court issues that don't revolve around possible new justices, so we do! And we explain why we don't think it's our place to talk about the big, big problem facing certain people who may or may not become Supreme Court justices (hint: maybe it's our place to listen about those problems).

For the 46th state, we talk about the first gubernatorial debate and some new information that's come out about the first rules regarding medical marijuana.

We close out the show with a call to revolutionary struggle written by The Oklahoman Editorial Board, those paragons of socialist thought.
