In this episode of the Matrescence Awakening with Kirryn Lee podcast we’re up to Session 5 of this coaching series with my wonderful 1:1 coaching client Mary. 

If you’ve been along for the ride with us so far, you’ll know in Session 4 we touched on the relationship with Mary's energy of receival and what that meant for her – and in today’s session we continued a deeper exploration and integration into starting to change Mary’s belief particularly around being seen. 

The launch of Mary’s book “The Mum Who Found Her Sparkle” has highlighted her discomfort and resistance to receival, however it’s important to note it’s something that was already there.

If you struggle to receive in one way, you struggle to receive in all ways. Because what I see in my work is SO many mothers struggle to receive.

So I invite you to consider your relationship with receival and how it shows up in different areas and aspects of your life.
