In this episode, former Oregon State Baseball standout Logan Ice discusses the power of understanding your mind/body connection and how this mechanism can be manipulated to have ZERO limitations.
Logan Ice is a former professional baseball player, drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 2nd round and is currently a trainer and advocate of the "GOATA Movement".
GOATA Movement is the science of observing slow motion video technology to observe identical movement patterns in Super Athletes, and pain free movers.
"Well at the brain and the body, this, this whole mechanism. What we got going on is one of the most prized possessions that anyone could ever have, like what the brain and the mind and the body can do for you. If you allow it to work for you, you can teach this thing and trick it to do whatever you want. Like, I know it's cliche, Goggins and all that stuff, but like, it's real, like it's real. Is it going to hurt? Is there going to be pain? Is it going to be difficult? Absolutely. It ain't going to be easy, but you can definitely make this thing do what you want it to do. You can make it believe what you want it to believe. You can make this do what you want it to do." - Logan Ice
