Trauma Release is a major seek for a lot of ones wanting to heal themselves and others in this high vibrational time!

This is how I see trauma in others while doing quantum meditation.  To Empower the body is everything to make a choice to heal easily.  Trauma always has a root that cant hinder a person to live well.  Even if the person is on a healing journey, addressing the Root of Trauma is keep.
