This episode is about a concept called the gap and the gain by Ben Hardy.  The idea is that if you live in the gap, you will always be suffering and endlessly not happy.  Versus if you live in the Gain - how far you've come.  If you're constantly constantly looking for your lessons learned, and how far you've come, you have a much higher percentage chance of being happy.
