Il s'agit d'une brève méditation de REMISE EN ROUTE APRÈS LA RÉCRÉATION, axée sur le thème de la Joie.

Les enseignants peuvent la diffuser pour aider les élèves à revenir en classe après la récréation, le déjeuner ou tout autre moment de transition.

Les enfants sont guidés vers un moment relaxant, où ils se concentrent sur leur respiration en écoutant une activité audio de calme.

La pratique respiratoire de ce mois-ci est la respiration de l'Aigle.

Big Belly Breathing (BBB) is a bilingual audio program for kids (and the grownups who love them), founded by Vanessa Hutchinson-Szekely.
