55. Downtown Los Angeles has so many incredible areas that almost seem like miniature cities themselves within DTLA. One of our favorites is the district known as ROW DTLA. The massive 30-acre historic district is an artistic curated collective of retail outlets, pop up shops, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and the weekly home of foodie lovers everywhere; Smorgasburg LA!
