I've noticed lately there is so much messaging about catering to Gen Z and how other generations need to learn how to work with them and need to meet them where they are at. While it's important and absolutely necessary to know how to connect and relate to your Gen Z teammates at work, relationships take two, and it's as equally important for Gen Z to know how to connect and relate to the other generations in the workplace.

This week on the podcast, I'm sharing my thoughts on how Gen Z can coonect with the other, older generations and why it's important they do their part to foster good relationships in the workplace.
