I'm here to share my journey of healing and self-discovery, recounting the significant chapters of my life and how an understanding of trauma and self-work helped me peel back the layers to be more me. Our discussion will centre on the concept of trauma, not as something that happens to us, but as something our bodies remember and hold onto. I share insights from my yoga teacher training and the transformative power of embodied trauma integration.


Like many people, I spent a long time searching for healing outside of myself. I've since learned the incredible wisdom our bodies hold, the innate power to heal, and how it mirrors the healing process of a physical wound. I'll share my thoughts on the tools that can help regulate our nervous system and the necessity of creating a secure environment for our healing journey. The journey into self-healing is one that is vast and deeply personal, but the first steps can be straightforward: listen to your body, and give it the tools it needs to embark on its healing journey. Remember, the power to heal always exists within us, waiting to be harnessed. Let's unveil this power together and embark on a journey of self-awareness and healing.
