Nico was in YogaHub for a week of Yin Teacher Training. I set up a makeshift podcast studio in the studio stock room, we sat on some laundry detergent boxes and conversed!

Nico travels all over the world teaching workshops, training teachers, hosting retreats and sharing yoga online.

I hope they'll be another chance to sit down with him again sometime soon.
