In this episode of the Improvement Podcast, Sean and Dave talk with Author, Development Trainer and all-round great guy Matt Zinman.  He has coined a term 'Z-isms' - side note, please tell us if you pronounce is 'Zed-isms' or Zee-isms'!  In any case, we discuss Matt's book that is now available 'Z-isms, Insights To Live By', and I'll be honest, I purchased the book after recording this, and it was definitely worth it.
