This week, Karmen's daughter Reese Berentsen makes her second appearance on the podcast! Bright and confident, Reese brings us 12 lessons she thinks every adult should take from kids her age. In the past six months, Karmen has been truly shocked and impressed by her wisdom.

1. Celebrate the small stuff.
2. Don't cut your hair if you want long hair.
3. Think you're taller than you are.
4. Always have Shout wipes in your purse.
5. Just say it once and be done. (The more you say it, the less I want to do it.)
6.  Play outside,
7. Snuggle with your pets often.
8. Redecorate often,
9. Don't be afraid of change.
10. Be grateful.
11. Smile more often.
12. Turn off the lights when you leave the room.
