Feeling comfortable in front of a camera is a really important part of

building a brand and DIYing your own brand content. But if you’re anything

like me, being photographed can feel a bit awkward - and the tech side of

taking beautiful photos can be overwhelming to figure out. Because my

partner has over ten years in the film industry (and is my go-to person

when it comes to my own brand photos), I thought it would be fun to have

him on the podcast to ask a couple things! We dive into the technical

questions, but also our own photography process, including how we gather

inspiration, work with props, and his trick for making me feel more and

more comfortable being photographed. We also talk about things like what to

do if your space and surroundings are not exactly photogenic and how to
