Part design. Part business. The Fashion Merchandising and Retail Studies (FMRS) program at Louisiana Tech is a unique curriculum of blended elements that make for a one-of-a-kind student experience. Penny Humphries, Director of Development for the College of Applied and Natural Sciences and an Instructor in Fashion Merchandising, and Dex Moody, a dedicated student in the program, discuss what makes the degree⁠— and the fashion industry as a whole⁠— so different from the rest.
