First- we discuss the weird anti-semitic vibe at a recent comedy show in Miami (shockingly, John was hosting that night). Then- guess what- it’s ANOTHER government shutdown! (Did anyone even notice?) Surprise, surprise, the G can’t pay its debts! Also- the stock market is crashing, bitcoin is rising, and those assassination markets John has been talking so much about are skyrocketing in value!  Meanwhile, Trump is defending the REAL victims of spousal abuse- the battered wives’ husbands! But forget about Rob Porter and David Sorenson- we’re gonna have a military parade! (Finally, the American military will get the respect and attention it deserves!) Then- we discuss the Jordan Peterson/Cathy Newman interview, and it turns out, both John and Ethan like Jordan’s radical centrism (although Ethan’s a little uncomfortable with his villainization of communism, and John’s a little uncomfortable with his villainization of... Hitler.) The boys get into a debate about the relative merits of socialism and genocide, so if you have a dog in this fight, TAKE SIDES NOW.
