Welcome to the first episode of Season 6 BloomSquad! We have such new season, new format, new perspective energy coming into this one, and so of course we had to get on the topic of nostalgia while we transition into this new year of Blooming.

With everyone reflecting on 2016 at the start of 2026, we simply had to look back at our 2016 selves, but we also got curious about the state of the world then, and how the past 10 years have transpired on so many levels.

Of course, fashion, social media and pop culture are major themes to dissect, but so is the political landscape, the #MeToo Movement and feminism, body politics, partying and socialising, the impacts of COVID, and so much more.
