We are in a period where we are being called to unlearn old patterns and way of thinking and relearn new history and new ways of thinking. At a time when I believe we all may have lost our ability to trust certain people IF you ever had the ability to trust to begin with. I find that for me personally when my trust in others was violated it also impacted my ability to trust myself so I wanted to connect with you on that and give you steps to take to regain your own self trust and love.
