In this episode, I continue to share my day by day journey of going to get my second horse (as part of a multi-episode series that started with episode 52). I talk about how I woke up feeling triggered, and needing to stop and connect into myself and feel what was coming up. But because I felt pressure to get started on my long drive, I didn't do that and a whole host of situations came up as a result.
Today I also announce that I have officially launched my new video program called Riding From the Inside Out on YouTube, which aligns with the Following Yourself Podcast and shares my insights, teachings, and stories related to my riding, horses, following ourselves and ultimately following our deepest dreams. Check it out at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCD46lOT2RjEcdOMImRKBI9Q
