Today's guest is a Senior HR Consultant with over 30 years HR in the corporate world having previously worked at RBS, United Business Media Plc and Sony Europe Limited.  He is a Fellow of the CIPD, qualified workplace mediator, mindfulness professional and now operates as Authentic HR Ltd.

He is an HR Generalist and Employee Relations Specialist and carries out a variety of HR roles but specialises in conflict resolution.  

He also volunteers as a Trustee for a London based Homeless Charity and as a Business Mentor with the Princes Trust.
