Overrated/Underrated: Sweatshirts? Jackets?
This week we talk about priority's and what levels there are to them as well as figuring out where fitness falls on that list. A lot of people tend to make "excuses" when it comes to their fitness. Whether these so called "excuses" are valid or not is ultimately up to you, however we tried to explain some things that should take priority over working out and also some things that maybe shouldn't.
At the end of the day we just want as many people as possible to continue on or start their fitness journey, with that being said hope you guys enjoy the episode!
