"I found myself in past holding back on more open communication with my spouse. When I realized my reluctance to communicate on some things, especially ideas, I noticed that I wanted more encouragement and support than what my spouse would offer.

I am a riskier taker (I take more risks), and am more anxious to explore new adventures that would definitely require change. My spouse has been more risk adverse, and not as anxious to change comfortable situations.

Rather than keeping my ideas (many hair-brained) to myself, do you have any suggestions for ways I might better communicate, openly and less fearfully?"
