Antoinette Griffin Executive Leadership & Business Coach, Trainer, Speaker at Griff Development shares her journey from employee to entrepreneur. She launched her career with the goal of being a manager / leader of a call center. To show how customer service should be done. At the time she didn't see herself as a business owner and entrepreneur but after a successful career leading call center teams she was ready for a change. As an introvert she doesn't have the "wiring" that many would assume someone launching a business should have yet she turned business venture into a success by focusing on her strengths which include a strong process orientation, grit and consistency.
