In my journey, I've faced my fair share of disappointments. Recently, I applied for a job that I was incredibly excited about, but didn't get. Ouch! It hurts. But it reminds me of a crucial lesson - even when we are aligned and following our intuition, setbacks and rejections are inevitable.

So we dive into how to navigate them and build our strength to keep going despite the setbacks.

I also share the experience of a listener and the brilliant strategy she had to help nurture herself through a recent disappointment as she follows the call of her soul.
