In today's episode (#57) We interview John Todderud. We are currently navigating uncharted waters in the real estate market and economically as a whole. We thought it would be beneficial to get some perspective to what past market cycles have looked like to try to draw correlations to what we are seeing now. John Todderud, who syndicates multi-family properties through his company Cardinal Oak Investments, shares with us what he saw during and in the wake of the Great Financial Crisis. Although not the same as what we are seeing now, there are some timeless lessons to walk away with.
