Gods design has always been to use our hands, mouths, and feet here on earth to carry out His work. When Jesus walked the earth, He was the vessel. But after He died, rose again, and ascended into heaven, He sent His Holy Spirit so that we could be transformed into His image and continue to “do these works and greater.” In other words, the assignment didn’t end with Jesus’ ascension - it shifted to us.
