In 2019, the highest-paying entry-level jobs were in data science, at $95,000 a year. But these lucrative jobs employ a smaller percentage of women and people of color than any other field. How can we spark interest in analytics as a springboard to careers in science and technology? And how can our schools ensure that STEM programs are open and accessible to all?
