Well, some folks will say that if you have a team of 10 people, and you help each one of them get 10% more productivity, it's like having an extra person! So that would imply your teams tasks are most important.

But we would say that it depends upon the task. Is that task something that's really going to move the needle in your business? Will it save you money? Or is it something that you just want to get off your plate so you can focus on other things?

A possible solution to this is to allocate a small chunk of time during the day to help your team members move their tasks forward.
