Welcome to another episode of Kindful the Podcast.
Today I'm sharing where I'm at on my own personal path of self discovery. I'm finding myself in a bit of an 'in between' phase right now, as I learn to shed old parts of myself that no longer serve me and that I no longer wish to identify with.
As I say often, this journey is not for the faint hearted. Though I feel like if we are truly committed to discovering who we came here to be, we must allow ourselves to shift and evolve. And as part of this, we must be open to releasing previous versions of ourselves to make space for the next version of Self that is coming.
I think labels are necessary for navigating this world we live in. And yet, labels can be so limiting. There is no way we can possibly define all of the aspects of our true essence. We are all limitless, and all such unique expressions of life.
So can we learn to let go of the labels or identities that feel limiting or confining? Perhaps in letting go, we can open ourselves up to even greater possibilities than we could ever imagine.
I hope you enjoy today's conversation. Thank you for being here and being you.
