The holidays are not always easy. They can bring up triggers, drama, and bottled up emotions. That’s why thanks to @iamhellostudios I was able to get together with the ladies of the @selfcare.gang podcast Devyn & Desireé to spill all the tea on how to handle the holidays whether you're spending it alone, going to see family, or using this time to reflect we talk about it all. We share personal advice on handling the holidays and how to protect your peace.
