Katie and Nora have been talking a bunch about their health journeys... as of today, Katie is on day 38 of 75 Hard (woot woot!! she's a beast) and Nora has lost 19 lbs following NOOM (can we get an "AMEN"??)
We are six weeks out from our "Resolutions" podcast and thought we'd take a minutes to reconnect to our resolutions? How's your journey going?? What obstacles have you encountered? What's keeping you from staying on track? What's motivating you to be your best self? How is your self-story playing a role in your journey?
Remember Amanda? The girl who, against all odds, LOST weight in the the beginning months of the pandemic? Guess what?? She kept it up and is swimming in her denim... imagine that, jeans that are too loose?! Say what??
For those of you looking to be inspired or to all of us who need to re-ignite our drive, we bring you Amanda's story again. Don't become complacent - here is where our commitment to our resolutions gets hard. Now is when the devil on your shoulder tells you it's quitting time, that you'll never succeed. Flick him off and buckle up!
Don't fall prey to self-sabotage. Don't give up because of a plateau or a Super Bowl weekend of over indulgence. Keep kicking a&% and making yourself the priority.
