What does it mean to be a leader??   Google that question and you will find dozens of answers which sometimes don't even agree with each other.  That's why it is good to focus on specific aspects of leadership.  On the show this week my guest Phil Web and I try to answer the question; 'what does it mean to be a strong christian leader?'     Phil has a lot of experience grappling with this question, and others like it.  A life spent in ministry has equipped him with the wisdom and humility that only comes through personal struggle.     I loved this conversation.
