As another wonderful season of Live Wild comes to a close, Hilary Rose is taking a short summer break.

In this brief solo episode, Hilary shares a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has listened, supported and been part of the Live Wild community this season. As a busy mum of two, she's looking forward to spending the summer making memories with her family, getting outdoors and embracing a slower pace for a little while.

The podcast will return in September with brand new episodes, inspiring guests and more conversations to help you live a little wilder, healthier and more intentionally.
