We begin this episode like we do any other: By looking back at our past week. We both spent a good amount of the weekend working, enjoyed a Monday off (we still don't know why we didn't have university class) painting at the park, played padel, and went on a spontaneous train trip to a beautiful village outside of Madrid (Lauren's newest "highlight of her life"). So, all in all, a successful week!

We decided to dedicate the main part of this episode to a very important topic: Daisy Jones & The Six the Series. We briefly touch on our our opinions of the book (we loved it, obviously), but mostly focus on what we thought of the show adaption. And a warning: There are a lot of spoilers. So, if you haven't read the book / watched the show and our still planning too, maybe come back to this episode later. Honestly, this episode contains some very passionate conversations and speeches. Pretty sure, this is the most strongly we've ever felt about any podcast episode topic. (I don't know what that says about us...) We're also very interesting in hearing your opinions on the book and the show – please let us know!

As always, we end the episode with our bookclub: Lauren finally finished the book she's been reading for the past three months – what a day! And we share our songs of the week with you. (This time around you get three, initially, we chose the same song...)
