57. Uncovering Your Fear of Missing Out

Last week we covered the different aspects of change and how it can be challenging to make lasting change within your life. So naturally, this falls into experiencing a fear of missing out, also known as "FOMO." The thing about FOMO that many people don't understand is that a need to be in these situations they're missing out on is a sign that they have some healing to do. Generally, when someone feels like they're missing out, it is because they seek validation from the outside world and have a hard time being alone. Therefore, they would rather be out and about to avoid their thoughts and emotions. 
Today, I am sharing my experience with FOMO and how I overcame it to create lasting change that has made a ripple effect in my life.
