BIRDFEEDER 7/4/03

with my head down  paralyzed in a tub  i can't kill two birds at once  your inconvenience
i make disappear  as i disconnect myself  from anyone around  I'll never make a sound
because a peep would wake me from this sleep  where it looks like amoebas
have welcome themselves  to feast on my dinner plate  healing their hunger
hold your cross these exotic foods have STD's  
and cold sores and cold sweats now belong to them  wet washcloths on the forehead
tubs full of ice  a plastic bag and styrofoam
are wrapped up picnic fashion
