What is it like working in an entrepreneurial company and what should you consider before working for one?
In this new four part series, Eric Forney and Michael Bounds explore the 12 commandments of entrepreneurship. On this episode, they break down three success strategies from the Team Success Handbook that depict how to succeed in an entrepreneurial company. They discuss bringing value and how vital it is to the organization to bring on people who readily add useful insights or systems to the company without being directed to do so. They also talk about how crucial it is to come "with batteries included" or in other words, to take initiative without someone pushing you to do so. More important than almost anything else, they agree on how detrimental it is to not make up stories or excuses when something doesn't go well, but to have an ownership attitude that accepts blame and takes on the responsibility to improve a situation.
