The Costume Department knowledge in this episode is truly next level!! DEBRA TREVINO, who has worked on MAJOR productions such as Doctor Odyssey, Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, Ghosted, and Maze Runner: The Death Cure just to name a few.

She explains top to bottom how the costume department is structured, and who hires each role, the ins and outs of budgeting, how costumes works in tandem with other departments, the differences between film, tv, and commercials and which she feels is the most complicated of the three, and the main thing she wishes other crew members and cast knew about this job.

She also walks us though her work as a producer with Clever Girl Productions, and how transferable all those skills are.
