Today’s guest is sub 3 Marathoner Danny O’Reilly - who is currently juggling a 9-5 job in marketing, whilst being a new parent; AND his running aspirations. Danny is an ambassador for Sungod Sunglasses and NoblePro. 

Though Today’s guest has paced more marathons than he has raced, he has achieved a Marathon PB of 2:41 and he is currently working towards his own goal of a sub 2:40 Marathon @ London Marathon this Autumn.

Danny tells us Today how he discovered running, and how the run commute as a newbie runner transformed his life. Danny tells us about the lessons learnt from the early days of running, including injury related experiences, and running your first marathon.
