#58 Immunity Matters - Build your inner defenses easily

Hi everyone! Lately, I've noticed many older people are getting sick and dying of illness. This could be prevented in some cases, especially if you eat well, get rest and learn how to build up your inner fighters that make up your immune system. Today, I share what has worked for me fantastically over the years. I went 20 years without getting ill with a cold or flu because I took specific immune-boosting foods and supplements to keep my defenses up. I don't eat much sugar, I get plenty of sleep, and it's all helped me. I hope you include yourself in the care you give by taking deliberate steps to nurture your inner army.
